SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The NSIC Softball tournament begins Wednesday, with the conference’s 10 top teams vying for the title in Sioux Falls. Last year, the conference switched to hosting the tournament at campus sites, with top-seeded Augustana hosting at Bowden Field. The Vikings are hosts again in 2025, something the team is looking forward to. There’s the obvious home-field advantage for Augustana, getting to play right at home. But for the athletes, it’s more than that.
