It’s as vital to our well-being as eating, drinking and breathing, and yet so many of us, either don’t get enough sleep or don’t get the kind of quality sleep that would help us live better lives. The results of a newly-released poll from the National Sleep Foundation show that more than half of American adults don’t get enough sleep and the impacts stretch far beyond the bedroom.
