FORT WAYNE, Ind. — From one game down earlier this week to now one win away from a return trip to the Western Conference Finals. Momentum can shift quickly in playoff hockey and the Toledo Walleye are taking advantage of that after securing another dramatic victory, 2-1, in Fort Wayne on Thursday. “We definitely did not play our best, but good teams find a way to win,” Colin Swoyer said. The defenseman played hero in Game 5, scoring the go-ahead goal with 23.1 seconds remaining.
