IOWA CITY — Kansas State transfer Brendan Hausen has committed to Iowa basketball, according to a report by Jon Rothstein. Hausen's agent, Drew Kelso, confirmed the move, according to Rothstein. Hausen averaged a career-high 10.9 points per game last season while shooting 38.8% from deep. The sharpshooting guard is a career 39.1% 3-point shooter. After playing at Villanova and Kansas State during his college career, he will come to Iowa with one season of eligibility remaining.

IOWA CITY — Iowa quarterback Brendan Sullivan has entered the transfer portal, a program spokesperson confirmed to the Register. Pete Nakos of On3 was first to report the news. Sullivan departs Iowa after one season in the Hawkeye program. Sullivan, who transferred from Northwestern to Iowa ahead of the 2024 season, began the campaign as a backup to Cade McNamara but emerged as a change of pace option in the red zone.
