JEFFERSON — After discussing the results of a recent public hearing, the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the move of Western County Court to Jefferson after a lease with the city of Geneva ends in September 2026. All three commissioners, J.P. Ducro, Casey Kozlowski and Kathryn Whittington, thanked those who came to last week’s hearing regarding the site of a consolidated court from the present Eastern and Western county courts.
