KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Knoxville’s Largest Kids’ Party is back for its fifth year this Saturday. It all starts at 10 a.m. and goes until 5 p.m. on the Performance Lawn in World’s Fair Park. “Everything you can imagine for a kid is going to be there — from face painting and cotton candy, to these beautiful princesses,” said Cory Dickson, producer of the event.

MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - You can jump into the paintings of one of the world’s most revered artists at the Foothills Mall! Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is now open in Maryville. “You’re literally bathed in his works, and it is an incredibly Zen-like and serene experience, also all choreographed to a custom score,” the executive producer of the exhibit, John Zaller, said. Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is using digital technology to take the troubled artist’s works right off the canvas.

(WVLT) - Thousands of people will be in Townsend to celebrate all things Scottish, Irish and Celtic this weekend!The Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival is back at the Townsend Visitor Center Saturday and Sunday. It’s Tennessee’s oldest festival of Scottish, Irish and Celtic culture and one of the oldest in country. “We’ve got over 50 clan tents that are going to be there. We have 10 entertainment musical bands.

Events are planned through May 18, recognizing and giving back to the people who help make a difference for their neighbors in need. Maj.
