Arizona State (6-2, 3-2 Big 12) knocked off Oklahoma State (3-6, 0-6 Big 12) in the Cowboys' Homecoming game Saturday afternoon, 42-21. Sun Devil running back Cam Skattebo was responsible for 18 of those 42 points. He led the team in rushing and receiving yards, making him the game MVP. OSU continues to see its defensive struggles once again. Tackling was the Cowboys' downfall against Baylor — they missed 21 tackles. Skattebo forced 10 missed tackles Saturday.

Aric Almirola locked Joe Gibbs Racing’s No. 20 Toyota into the NASCAR Xfinity Series owners’ Championship 4 by winning Saturday’s (Nov. 2) National Debt Reflief 250 at Martinsville Speedway. Almirola finished ahead of JR Motorsports’ Sammy Smith by .587 seconds for his second win of the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Chandler Smith and Cole Custer finished third and fourth, respectively, but there was no love lost as the two of them raced aggressively with each other.
