AbstractSustained labeling of fluids is crucial for their investigation in animal models. Here, we introduce a mouse line (Alb-mSc-ST), where blood and interstitial fluid are labeled with the red fluorescent protein mScarlet and SpyTag. The SpyTag-SpyCatcher technology is exploited to monitor circulating fluid properties by biosensors or detect blood-brain barrier disruption.

Introduction Abnormalities of cardiac structure and function are common in heart failure (HF) and remain powerful predictors of HF onset and progression.1-4 Increasing evidence indicates that obesity is a major driver of both adverse cardiac remodeling and HF, particularly heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).5-10 Indeed, obesity-related HFpEF is now recognized as a widely prevalent and high-risk phenotype within the broader HFpEF spectrum,11,12 characterized by...

H-Assisted CO2 Dissociation on PdnPt(4-n)/In2O3 Catalysts: A Density Functional Theory Study CO2 hydrogenation into valuable chemical compounds can effectively address the issues of greenhouse gas emissions and energy scarcity. The activation and dissociation processes of CO2 are crucial for its reduction reactions, but the effects of *H adatoms on the C-O cleavages are still confusing.
