Electrochemical energy storage systems are crucial for the utilization and promotion of clean energy. Among these, lithium-oxygen batteries have garnered significant interest due to their remarkable theoretical energy density of 3458 Wh kg−1 [1]. Currently, the commercial application of lithium-oxygen batteries is impeded by several factors, including the slow decomposition kinetics of Li2O2, high charging overpotential, severe side reactions, and low coulombic efficiency.

1 Introduction Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), a critical immune checkpoint protein, is considered as the major mechanism for immune invasion of cancer cells.[1] The PD-1/PD-L1 interaction between tumor cells and T-cells inhibits cytotoxic T-cell activity, enabling cancer cells to escape immune surveillance.[2] Immunotherapy, especially antibody-based PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, such as Pembrolizumab and Nivolumab, has yielded sustained antitumor responses and prolonged patient survival in the...

Sialylation-Induced Stabilization of Dynamic Glycoprotein Conformations Unveiled by Time-Aligned Parallel Unfolding and Glycan Releasing Mass Spectrometry Sialylation, a critical post-translational modification, regulates glycoprotein structure and function by tuning their molecular heterogeneity. However, characterizing its subtle and dynamic conformational effects at the intact glycoprotein level remains challenging.
