Emissivity measurements are of great significance for infrared thermal radiation andinfrared remote sensing. However, traditional methods often facechallenges such as difficulties in non-contact measurement, smallmeasurement areas, and unsuitability for non-Lambertian surfaces. Toaddress these issues, we propose the reflective distribution modelintegral method (RDMIM). This method is based on a reflectivedistribution model using the scattering-reflective deviation angle(SRDA).

AbstractDNA loop extrusion by cohesin has emerged as a critical pathway for chromosome organization. In vitro single-molecule experiments indicate that loop extrusion requires the assembly of an heteropentameric complex consisting of the SMC1/SMC3 heterodimer, STAG1, NIPBL and the kleisin SCC1.
