Frazier Matthews, of Steelton, was charged with firearms violations and disorderly conduct in connection with the early Thursday incident that shut down a major thoroughfare in Dauphin County for several hours.

The crash happened around 12 p.m. in the westbound lanes near the Mountain Road exit (Route 325), according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler. Schreffler said the left lane is closed due to center median damages from the tractor-trailer along with a fuel spill. The right lane is open, as the tractor-trailer is off the road, she said.

Bryan Garcia-Almanza, of Mount Joy, was sentenced to 33 months to eight years, prosecutors said on Thursday.
