Artists started working this week as part of the Sprocket Mural Works mural festival at 100 Hall Manor Place, the first time the beautifying event has moved beyond downtown and midtown. Local and state leaders gathered Tuesday to celebrate JMB Gardens, a new $16.7 million affordable housing community in uptown Harrisburg that turned empty lots into real homes, making progress on the push for more affordable housing across Pennsylvania.
