Interstate 83 is partially shut down after a tractor trailer overturned in Cumberland County Thursday morning. The crash, involving an overturned was reported just before 7 a.m. at mile marker 41.5 in Lemoyne, according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler. The two left lanes are open for traffic, but the right two lanes, including the right shoulder, is closed while crew members work on getting the tractor-trailer upright, she said.

A man was shot and killed Monday night in the vicinity of the Pennsylvania National Fire Museum in Harrisburg, according to police. The initial call was made to police at about 7:45 p.m. to respond to a shooting around North Fourth and Muench streets, according to Dauphin County dispatch. Harrisburg police Captain Atah Akakpo-Martin told reporters that the man was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital, where he died from his injuries. No arrests have been made, he said, and an investigation was underway.

A 29-year-old man ingested more than twice what he normally did from a THC vape device before causing a crash on Route 15 in January that injured six people, police said Monday. Fernando L. Colon-Torres, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with nearly 40 offenses after Upper Allen police said he was involved in a hit-and-run crash at the Capital City Car Wash and drove the wrong way on Route 15 north on Jan. 17.
