BBC Radio Norfolk serves as the local radio station for the English county of Norfolk, having begun its broadcasts on September 11, 1980. The station operates from the BBC East studios located in The Forum, Norwich. Listeners can tune in on various frequencies: 95.1 FM (Stoke Holy Cross), 104.4 FM (Great Massingham), 95.6 FM (West Runton, close to Cromer), as well as 855 kHz AM/MW (Postwick, near east Norwich and the A47) and 873 kHz AM/MW (West Lynn, near the A47 and the River Great Ouse). Additionally, BBC Radio Norfolk is available on DAB and online through BBC iPlayer.
