MINNEAPOLIS, MN — A U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer has been charged with possessing child pornography, Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph H. Thompson announced Friday. Anthony John Crowley, 52, of Minnetonka, is accused of knowingly possessing materials containing images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, according to court documents. Friday’s charge is part of a string of recent arrests involving Minnesota-based law enforcement officials accused of crimes against children.

Their bond was described as inseparable.
