    POWNAL — Vermont State Police have identified the vehicles and operators sought for questioning in connection with a hit-and-run incident Thursday morning in Pownal. Video images of the two vehicles traveling just south of the Massachusetts border had been posted by VSP Thursday afternoon. The investigation into the incident remains active and ongoing, police said in a release. They thanked members of the public who provided valuable information that assisted in locating the two vehicles.

    BENNINGTON – Libby Harris, who died April 24, is being remembered for her spirited opposition to large solar projects she and others in Bennington feared would impact the scenic Apple Hill area.
