That's what makes the Ontario Relays a special midweek invitational. Adding in events like the shuttle hurdles, distance medley relay, sprint medley relay, mixed 4x400 relay, and scoring field events as if they were relays by combining heights or distances gives athletes something different to look forward to.

The family celebrated the four-year anniversary of the adoption with a picnic and shared memories of the day. Today marks four years since that notable day when Daniel and I took turns standing before the judge, declaring we would love and care for these two children about to be a part of our forever family.
