    Over the weekend, at The Sick World of Doctor Show’s Summer Chill events, the gang announced a dream come true. The comedy trio—Joel Savage, Lindsey Bowes, and David Gigliotti—whose schtick grew from their desire to be late night horror TV hosts a la Elvira, finally got the gig. “We’re going back to our roots of being an actual horror show with hosted segments,” says Savage, aka Dr. Show. The trio has been tapped by Kings of Horror to host monthly episodes of their programming.

    Phase one of the Plain City Public Square project is complete, and visitors were welcomed over the weekend to take a peek inside the historic railroad depot. The Depot at Public Square opened to the public on June 13 in Plain City at 134 Church St. The Depot is one part of the larger Public Square Project, which will provide event space, visitor amenities, commercial ventures and historical displays.
