It is a division of the RELX Group, which was previously known as Reed Elsevier until 2015. Among its offerings are well-known journals like The Lancet and Cell, along with the ScienceDirect platform that provides access to a wide range of electronic journals. They also publish the Trends and Current Opinion journal series, and manage the Scopus citation database. Additionally, Elsevier offers the SciVal tool for evaluating research impact, the ClinicalKey search engine designed for healthcare professionals, and the ClinicalPath service that supports evidence-based cancer treatment.
