KABC-AM (Los Angeles, CA)

KABC (790 AM) is a radio station based in Los Angeles and serves as the West Coast flagship for Cumulus Media. It was one of the first stations to adopt the talk radio format, going "all-talk" in September 1960, just a few months after KMOX in St. Louis. While KABC is part of Cumulus Media, it has a close working relationship with KABC-TV and KSPN, even though they are owned by different companies. The station’s studios and transmitter are located together on La Cienega Boulevard in the West Adams area of Los Angeles.
