    Williamsport, Pa. — Bail for Glenn Stephens was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest Wednesday at the Lycoming County Courthouse. Stephens bailed on the revocation hearing after telling Deputy Public Defender Matthew Welickovitch he had food poisoning Tuesday night. When asked if he would be in court for the hearing yesterday, Welickovitch never got a reply from Stephens, a former D.C. lawyer who was disbarred in 2021.

    Wolf Township, Pa. — A 30-year-old man allegedly assaulted a child multiple times throughout the month of May. The victim claimed Alex Kenneth Horn of Hughesville performed sexual acts on the child five or six times when speaking with authorities at UPMC in Muncy on May 29. Horn assaulted the 7-year-old victim while watching them at his home, State Police Trooper Brian Moore said. Three witnesses were present during the victim’s interview with police, according to the complaint.

    Williamsport, Pa. — A 40-year-old man sold crack cocaine to an informant in Williamsport, police say. Nathan Andrew Banks sold drugs to a confidential informant after arranging the deal through Facebook messenger, according to an affidavit filed in May. Banks sold less than two grams for $100, Detective Sarah Edkin said. After arranging the deal, Banks allegedly met the informant in the 400 block of Lycoming Street on April 11.

    Williamsport, Pa. — A Williamsport man sold crack cocaine to an informant four times before authorities raided his home and discovered pills and packaging supplies, police say. Shyheem Davon Gadson sold drugs from his apartment in the 700 block of Grace Street throughout April and May, Lycoming County Narcotics Detectives said.
