    Williamsport, Pa. — A woman's ex-boyfriend allegedly broke into her Williamsport home and deployed pepper spray on her and a man that was visiting her. Rajahn Jahi Slaughter, 25, fled the scene, but returned later in the evening of March 15 to slash the tires of the victim’s vehicle, Officer Brandon Wheeler said. Slaughter moved out of the apartment weeks before the incident, taking most of his belongings with him, according to the complaint.

    Williamsport, Pa. — An intoxicated woman threw pool balls at people inside a bar after being knocked to the ground, police said. Barbara Bankes, 58, of Montgomery was cut off from being served on June 14 at 11 p.m. inside the K-Bar in Williamsport, according to a complaint. Bankes refused to leave, pushing a person in the back while claiming the owner was going to speak with her. A patron punched Bankes, who fell to the floor, Williamsport Police Officer Nicholas Carrita said.

    Towanda, Pa. — Sean Robert Hall, 45, raped 17 women and ran a methamphetamine lab from a home he shared with his daughter. Today, Hall was given a maximum sentence of 206 years incarceration by Judge Evan Williams III, who viewed a video compilation of Hall’s crimes — which the rapist recorded himself — before the hearing. “I have never viewed more disturbing conduct by a human being,” Williams said moments before handing down the sentence.

    Williamsport, Pa. — A homeless man was caught using a stolen bank card at vape shops in Williamsport, police say. Joshua Edward Sharer, 42, allegedly reached into a parked vehicle in the 300 block of Laurel Street to steal a wallet from the center console, Corporal Jordan Stolfzfus said. Sharer used a bank card inside the billfold to make purchases at two stores in Williamsport. Sharer went to Texas Vape LLC at 10:24 a.m., spending $13.21 on the card, according to the complaint.

    Williamsport, Pa. — Police arrested a group of people who allegedly broke into the National Range & Armory in the 500 block of Washington Boulevard.  Shamier James Gadson and Tahir Abdul Dixon entered the store through a window on June 6, stealing two rifles, according to affidavits filed on Monday. The men threw a cinderblock into the window, smashing it and causing damage to the building, Agent Christopher Salisbury said.
