The Observer is a newspaper serving the people of Northern Chautauqua County and northwestern Cattaraugus County in New York. Its offices are based in Dunkirk, NY. Originally called the Evening Observer, and before that the Dunkirk Evening Observer, this newspaper used to be delivered in the afternoons six days a week (Monday to Saturday). Now, it provides morning delivery every day of the week.
