Out Magazine
Out (ISSN 1062-7928) is a leading monthly magazine focused on LGBT fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle, boasting the largest circulation among LGBT publications in the U.S. Its editorial style draws comparisons to well-known magazines like Details, Esquire, and GQ. Originally owned by Robert Hardman of Boston, who was its first investor, Out changed hands in 2000 when it was sold to LPI Media. LPI Media was later acquired by PlanetOut Inc., and in 2008, PlanetOut Inc. transferred ownership of LPI Media to Regent Entertainment Media, Inc., a branch of Here Media, which also operates Here TV.
