Plain Chicken
Hello there! Welcome to Plain Chicken, where the recipes are anything but ordinary! I'm Stephanie Parker, the founder of Plain Chicken. I live near Birmingham, AL, with my husband and our three cats. I launched Plain Chicken back in 2007 as a way to organize my favorite recipes. When I stumbled upon the world of food blogs online, I began experimenting with, creating, and photographing various recipes just for fun. In 2012, I made the decision to leave my corporate job and dedicate myself fully to Plain Chicken. This blog showcases the everyday cooking that happens in my kitchen. While I don't prepare overly complicated dishes, everything I share is delicious!
