Help us bring Scarlet home! Scarlet is a 10-year-old Australian Shepherd with a blue merle coat, two striking blue eyes, and a black nose. She’s incredibly sweet and dearly missed. Last seen: Halloween night (10/31) in the Salmon Creek area. She left with a group of dogs, but she’s the only one who hasn’t returned. Details: Scarlet likely isn’t wearing any tags.

A tow truck driver guides the recovery of the crashed pickup today. [Photo by Stormy Whitehurst]A sad discovery was made today on Highway 169 near Notch Ko Road, south of Pecwan where a vehicle, a silver pickup truck, was found down a steep embankment with the driver tragically deceased inside. It is believed that the crash likely occurred last night, but the tragic death was only discovered this morning in the rural area. Emergency personnel at the site of the crash.
