Sanjevani

Sanjevani is a prominent Kannada afternoon newspaper based in Bangalore, Karnataka. It was established on December 10, 1982, and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2007. Notably, Sanjevani was the first newspaper in a South Indian language to go online, achieving this milestone in 1998. In 2001, a Microsoft survey recognized it as the "No. 1 Kannada Newspaper." By 2010, Sanjevani was being published from ten different locations across Karnataka, including Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli, Gulbarga, Bellary, Raichur, Mysore, Davengere, Tumkur, and Shimoga, marking it as the first Kannada daily to expand in such a way. In April 2010, they also launched a mobile-friendly version of their website.
