SourceCon

SourceCon

SourceCon was established by professionals in sourcing and recruiting to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and insights regarding effective sourcing techniques. It emerged from the need to highlight sourcing and research as vital elements of the hiring process. Following the inaugural SourceCon conference in 2007, the SourceCon website was launched. This platform serves as a hub for sharing tools, concepts, and strategies that help sourcers enhance their skills and expertise. The primary aim of SourceCon is to educate, inspire, and empower its users.

Oh, about 3+ billion things, among them the very thing you are sourcing for. For example, imagine you are looking for someone skilled in python engineering.
