Teen Vogue

Teen Vogue

Teen Vogue is a magazine from the United States that was introduced in 2003 as a companion to Vogue, aimed specifically at teenage girls. Similar to its sister publication, it covers topics related to fashion and celebrities. However, after experiencing a significant drop in sales starting in 2015, Teen Vogue shifted its focus away from print and increased its online presence, which has seen considerable growth. The magazine has broadened its coverage to include not just fashion and beauty, but also politics and current events. In November 2017, Teen Vogue announced that it would discontinue its print version and operate solely online as part of a cost-cutting initiative. The last print edition featured Hillary Clinton on the cover and was available on newsstands starting December 5, 2017.

It’s just Addison now," the star boldly (and maybe perhaps also quippingly) proclaimed in the interview.

Malia and Sasha Obama are loving the subtle twinning moment with their clothes. Last month, the sisters gave brown leather jackets their stamp of approval, tapping into the perennial transitional staple with two different takes on the trend. Megan Thee Stallion knows how to keep us entertained. Whether on the stage or through her fashion, she’s captured our attention consistently. The Y2K resurgence has been endless and quite frankly we’ll probably never fully get tired of its return. The “Bigger in Texas” rapper is currently leading the charge, her most recent appearance in ultra low-rise jeans during weekend two of Coachella is reigniting a controversial early 2000s trend: the peekaboo butt crack.

A few Augusts ago, the day after a hurricane passed through, I drove through lush, green Tallahassee, past Florida State University. I was interviewing local students and residents, mostly at Florida A&M University, the historically Black college nearby. Classes were canceled because of the storm, and the porches were filled with students that could’ve been pulled from a Bama Rush TikTok, the portrait of a stereotypical white college experience.
