The Cornell Daily Sun
Established in 1880, The Sun holds the title of the oldest college daily newspaper in the United States that has remained independent. Throughout the academic year, The Sun releases a print version every Tuesday and Thursday, which is available for free both on newsstands and online. The newspaper is entirely run by students from Cornell University, with just a handful of full-time staff members handling production and business roles. Its office is located in downtown Ithaca.
