Meanwhile, the previous owner of the market building is now planning a small-scale office park just a stone’s throw away to the west.     ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca’s Washington Park was nearly filled to capacity Saturday, as residents showed up en masse to protest a wide array of the Trump administration’s policies and conduct during the first six months of his second term. The protest was Ithaca’s local iteration of nationwide “No Kings” rallies, which also took place in hundreds of other communities across the country Saturday.
