The Livingston Central Lady Cardinals took another step towards defending their All “A” Classic state titles on Monday night, holding off Caldwell County to earn a 6-4 win and their third straight Second Region title. The Lady Cardinals would get out in front shortly into the night, with Victoria Joiner getting on base to lead off. Advancing to third on a pair of groundouts, an error in the infield would bring the senior home to put the visitors ahead, 1-0 through one.
