    Homeowners in Warfield will see their property taxes rise by an estimated $594 this year, after council approved the village’s 2025 budget and property tax rates last month. The 2025 property tax levy will total approximately $1.27 million, which remains the village’s primary source of revenue to fund a variety of services. An average Warfield home, assessed at $436,641, will pay $1,652 in municipal taxes in 2025 based on a residential property tax rate of 3.8 per cent.
