    Last month, Canton native Justin Woody became the first Ohioan to win the reality competition series RuPaul's Drag Race. The long-running show has aired hundreds of episodes, won dozens of Emmy's, and launched careers on Broadway and in Hollywood.     Stanley is the first to greet guests at the back gate of his home on Thorne Avenue on Cleveland's East Side. The three-year-old Labrador beagle mix wags his tail and bounds eagerly to greet visitors, hopping up on them with his lone front paw.     The Greater Cleveland Partnership has endorsed the Browns’ Brook Park stadium plan, breaking from city and county leaders. In a statement, the region's chamber of commerce called the $2.4 billion stadium proposal “transformative” for the region. “While a downtown dome is ideal, financial and development constraints have been challenging; the Brook Park option is more practical to move forward,” GCP wrote in a Tuesday statement.

    Cleveland City Council approved proposals Monday to fund arts and marketing training for city youth this summer. Cleveland will grant $60,000 to Karamu House, the oldest producing Black theater in the country. Last year, the East Side theater served 24 children in performance and technical theater skills. Councilmember Kevin Conwell said he has fond memories performing in a production of "Pippin" at Karamu House when he was a child. He said arts skills are transferrable to other fields.
