The Akron Fire Department issued an "all-clear" after a fire alarm caused Akron's city hall building to be evacuated on Monday, May 5. Emergency crews were summoned to the Akron Municipal Building shortly after 3 p.m. after a smoky smell and foggy air were observed on the seventh floor, Deputy Fire Chief Scott Pascu said.
