Idalia formed Sunday in the northwestern Caribbean Sea. The tropical system is expected to become a hurricane in the Gulf of MexicoCheck the video forecast for the latest. TROPICAL STORM 'IDALIA' Tropical Depression Ten formed near the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico Saturday and has now strengthened into Tropical Storm Idalia.
