WAUKEE, Iowa — It’s been more than a year and a half since the Oct. 7th Hamas attack on Israel, and even though it’s on the other side of the world, it has been widely discussed and felt here in the U.S., including right here in Iowa. The Jewish Federation of Greater Des Moines has watched everything happen over the last few years, taking extra precautions to stay safe in a time where there is a lot of hostility.

The decision to sell the station is a mix of shifting curriculum focus to more new media, like podcasting and streaming, plus the cost and upkeep.

I interrupt my X break while traveling to show you the court @Giannis_An34 played at growing up in the Sepolia neighborhood of Athens. It is now painted with a giant Giannis. Across the street is the Kivotos Cafe where he used to go eat often. They were very proud. https://t.co/Qxt2CH90F3
