Schroeder, 36, was arrested April 16 on suspicion of multiple offenses involving students. The Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office is recommending charges including sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography. Schroeder has been placed on leave from the School District of Mishicot and is not allowed on school property.
