    During a special meeting on Monday evening, the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Assembly unanimously approved a Declaration of Disaster Emergency in response to the Thursday morning landslide that bisected North Tongass Highway in the Wolfe Point area.  The declaration allows the borough to be reimbursed from state and federal sources for certain expenses incurred because of the landslide.
