Retail sales of recreational marijuana began in Colorado Springs Tuesday morning with less a bang — or bong — than a whisper, with a number of shops still awaiting delivery of the product at the heart of a municipal tangle whose roots date back more than a decade. For the 27 locations approved by the city to engage in such business, sales could legally begin, to customers 21 and up, as soon as doors opened on Tax Day 2025.

AbstractWith the advent of spatial multi-omics, we can mosaic integrate diverse datasets with partially overlapping modalities to construct consensus multi-modal spatial atlases of the source tissue. SpaMosaic is a spatial multi-omics mosaic integration tool that employs contrastive learning and graph neural networks to construct a modality-agnostic and batch-corrected latent space suited for analyses like spatial domain identification and imputing missing omes.

Bustang, a bus connection between Denver, Colorado Springs and much of the state, will be stopping service at the Tejon Park-n-Ride, citing declining ridership and safety concerns. The Park-n-ride is located off Interstate 25 at Exit 140 on South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs. Bustang is relocating to the downtown bus terminal, located at 127 E. Kiowa St.; the last day of bus service from the Tejon location is Saturday.
