The meteoric rise in popularity of Guinness seems to have come out of nowhere. A GLAMOROUS Scots beauty entrepreneur has won over £50,000 in compensation after she was unfairly sacked following holidays to Bali and Australia. Hayley Harvey-Smith, who founded a successful beauty school, came under fire over the month-long getaway as well as trips to Paris and high-end ski resort Val d'Isère in France. The businesswoman, who earned up to £220,000 a year, could take leave 'as and when she desired' as she was director and she told a tribunal she worked while abroad.

A WOMAN who previously dated disgraced rugby star Stuart Hogg has told how she was also harassed. The former Scotland captain, 32, was convicted on Monday after admitting a five-year campaign of domestic abuse. The shamed fullback bombarded his estranged wife Gillian Hogg with hundreds of text messages, and shouted and swore at her. During his relationship with his wife, he also sparked up another romance with Jilly O'Donnell, 47, as reported by the Daily Record.
