    GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - One person is hurt after a suspected accidental gun discharge in Grand Forks. Grand Forks PD says it happened just before 2 am in the 4000 block of 5th Ave. N. Officials say the single victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle with non-life threatening injuries.     FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Fargo Police Department says no arrest was made in a high-risk search warrant execution for armed robbery suspects late Monday night. According to Fargo officials, around 11 pm, the Red River Valley SWAT Team executed the warrant at an apartment in the 2000 block of 21st Ave. S. This was in connection to a report of an armed robbery reported earlier that same day, around 7:30 pm.

    DETROIT LAKES, MINN. (Valley News Live) - A Minnesota senator is due in court for a settlement conference starts today. Senator Nichole Mitchell’s trial was originally set to begin in January, but was delayed until after the Minnesota legislative session. At that time, a judge ruled the trial must begin within 60 days of the end of the session. Mitchell is charged in Becker County with 1st degree burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools.
