An oceanfront penthouse that was once owned by Steve Wynn is on the market for $2,199,999. The condo in the Ocean Club is a massive 7,500-square-feet. It has five bedrooms, six full- and one half-bathroom across two stories. “There is nothing like it at the Jersey Shore,” said Stephanie Luongo of Serhant, New Jersey, the listing agent. The unit was originally listed in April 2024 for $4 million. The price was dropped to $3.3 million in July 2024 and in January 2025 it was taken off the market.

So when Emily Wilkins of Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty got the listing for this house on Pleasure Avenue she knew she had something special. “Most of the properties on the beach are duplexes,” she said. “There are only a handful of single families.”And no beachfront homes have gone up for sale there since 2023.
