KINGSPORT — One man’s eyesore is another man’s treasure — that’s at least what Kingsport residents Kattie and Eric Casebolt decided after buying a group of buildings on Broad Street. Located on the Corner of Broad and West Market Street, the Casebolts bought the three-unit storefront on May 28. Some might recognize the buildings with the purple, yellow and blue siding adorning each storefront. Kattie Casebolt said she and her husband invested in the property as a 20th anniversary gift.
