Students in the program will be able to work full-time at a child care center, earning valuable experience in the field. Currently, there are more than 150,000 unfilled job positions. One Westby man is opening up about his cancer journey and his miraculous road to recovery. Last November, Scott Hall noticed something was wrong. He had an awful migraine and struggled to remember words and speak clearly. "He had garbled speech, I couldn't even understand what he was saying," said his wife Carol Hall.
