CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Pleasant weather is in store for the holiday before the next system brings renewed rain chances by late Tuesday. After another chilled start, high temperatures climb to the mid to upper 60s this afternoon. A few 70s are possible in far southern parts of the region. Meanwhile, the lakeshore sees the coolest temperatures due to a north wind between 5 and 10 mph. The sky stays mostly sunny throughout the day with no chance for rain.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - After a cool start to the Memorial Day weekend, temperatures will be a bit warmer each day through Tuesday, though still a few degrees below normal. It has certainly been a chilly start to this Sunday as low temperatures bottomed out in the low to mid 40s, even some 30s in small towns and rural locations. High temperatures climb to the low to mid 60s this afternoon as the light and variable wind becomes more northwesterly between 5 and 10 mph.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Northwest flow will continue to keep the region cooler than average this weekend. However, mainly dry conditions are expected overall along with some sunshine. For today, expect a mix of sun and clouds as high temperatures reach the low to mid 60s. A stray shower cannot be ruled out for far Northeast Ohio, mainly in Lake and Ashtabula counties. Low temperatures fall to the 40s tonight, potentially even the upper 30s in rural spots away from the lakeshore.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Behind a cold front that crossed on Saturday, much cooler temperatures are in store to round out the weekend. In fact, the next 7 to 10 days are expected to stay well below normal for this time of year. This morning has started comfortable enough in the 50s, but it remains breezy. The breeze persists throughout the day with sustained speeds between 10 and 20 mph. A west wind initially turns more northwesterly into the afternoon.

Seasonal depression seems fake until it’s above 30° and sunny in February and it feels like a choir of angels is singing as you walk up to the gates of heaven
