(WOOD) — A jury continues deliberations Thursday in the case of a former Grand Rapids police officer who is accused of murder after he shot and killed a driver following a traffic stop. Christopher Schurr is accused of second-degree murder in the death of Patrick Lyoya. Jurors worked all day Wednesday, but did not make a decision. They broke for the day around 4:40 p.m. and were expected to resume their work Thursday morning.
