COLUMBIA — A state lawmaker who co-founded the influential far right House Freedom Caucus inside the S.C. Legislature has been indicted on 10 counts of distributing child sexual abuse material. Lexington state Rep. Robert John "RJ" May III, 38, of West Columbia, was indicted by a grand jury seated in Greenville, a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office for South Carolina released this morning states.
