A woman was shot outside a nightclub early Friday morning in Spartanburg, South Carolina, according to Major Art Littlejohn with the Spartanburg Police Department. The shooting happened around 1:15 a.m. in the parking lot of Club Rehab on Kensington Drive, Littlejohn said. According to Littlejohn, the woman was shot in the leg. Her friends were taking her to the hospital when police spotted the car and pulled it over, Littlejohn said.

A pedestrian was killed Friday morning on I-85 in Greenville County, South Carolina, according to Senior Deputy Coroner Kristy Strange with the Greenville County Coroner's Office. The incident happened around 1 a.m. near exit ramp 46A, Strange said. This is the exit for Augusta Road. According to Strange, a man was struck by several vehicles. His name has not been released. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.

A woman died in a house fire in Anderson County Wednesday night, according to Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore.The fire broke out at a mobile home on Ross Street in Piedmont Community.The coroner has identified the victim as Donna Hamby Davis, 61, of Piedmont.Her body was found laying in the doorway of the home around 8 p.m. as firefighters were extinguishing the flames, Shore said.The investigation is on-going by the Anderson County Office of the Coroner and the Anderson County Fire/Arson...
