SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse Orange wide receiver Trebor Pena has entered the NCAA transfer portal. That's according to a report from 247sports.com. The website reported that Pena entered the portal on April 14. It's arguably the biggest transfer portal blow of the Fran Brown era for Syracuse football. Pena was SU's leading receiver in 2024 and was set to hold that role again this season.

The facility is attached to the original Manley Field House and part of the John A. Lally Athletics Complex. The two-story building features a new locker room, athletic training room, player lounge, dining center, and much more.

Irie Gallerani is among the Section-III pitching leaders in strikeouts, tallying over 30 K's in three games to start the season. The Lakers hosted Fabius-Pompey on Friday night. Gallerani pitched a complete game, once again racking up strikeouts. The Section-III softball season is underway - and a freshman in Cazenovia is making her mark on both sides of the ball.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The search for Kyle McCord's successor is over. Syracuse football head coach Fran Brown named sophomore Rickie Collins as SU's starting quarterback for the 2025 season on Monday. Collins transferred to Syracuse after two seasons at LSU this offseason. "He seems to be moving into (being) the leader of our football team," said Brown. "I'm liking what I'm seeing. I think the players are behind him, everyone's behind him.
