WSTQ-TV (Syracuse, NY)

WSTQ-LP is a low-power television station affiliated with the CW network, serving the Central Upstate New York region. It is based in Syracuse and transmits an analog signal on UHF channel 14 from a transmitter located in the Lakefront area of the city. The station is part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group and operates alongside its sister stations, NBC affiliate WSTM-TV and CBS affiliate WTVH. Although WTVH is owned by Granite Broadcasting Corporation, it is managed by Sinclair through joint sales and shared services agreements. All three stations operate from shared studios located on James Street/NY 290 in the Near Northeast part of Syracuse.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A 16-year-old boy is in the hospital after a stabbing at West Potomac High School in Fairfax County on Wednesday, authorities said. Officers with the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to the school and discovered that a teenager had been stabbed. The 16-year-old was initially rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Now, the teen's injuries have been downgraded to "stable condition," FCPD said in a Noon update.
