William Webber, 23, is facing three misdemeanors and two felony charges of property damage and escape after police said he fled after being placed under arrest for intoxication. An East Carbon police officer responded to Sunnyside Park on reports of an intoxicated person.

    SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Organizers of the "No Kings" protest confirmed the "peacekeeper" who fatally shot a bystander at the Salt Lake City march was a volunteer and military veteran. Police said a man who described himself as a peacekeeper shot a man who appeared to be charging into the crowd with an AR-15 style rifle. The "peacekeeper" fatally shot a bystander as well.
